Integration Technology at UV Days 2017

The management of IST METZ invites employees, customers, exhibitors and partners to to also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the comapny. British subsidiary and brand partner, Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) joins a roster of prestigious industry partners exhibiting live printing applications of innovative technologies to over 1000 attendees from 15th to 18th May at IST METZ GmbH headquarters in Nürtingen, Germany. A new development at UV DAYS, UV Forum is a comprehensive overview of the current developments in UV and LED UV technology in industrial applications presented by IST Metz and its partners. ITL will be showing new developments in UV LED curing systems incorporating the company’s ground-breaking and game changing XT8 technology to constitute the market’s leading solutions programme in terms of output and dose. Products and corresponding applications new for the 2017 LEDcure ranges include Pincure Z (pinning), NCX (direct-to-container), MZ (wide format), SZ and VZ (wide/grand format graphics), SC (single-pass industrial and direct-to-container). Intensity ranges from 3W/cm² to 30W/cm² dependant on application and curing requirements. All utilize ITL’s new ceramic LED module package, XT8. Incorporating the very latest nano-technology materials, this novel system uses a ‘hybrid’ semiconductor technology offering high-performing thermal properties and UV output increases of between 30-100% without any need for an additional driver current. XT8 is supported by two new supporting technologies in STEADYcool and VARIcool, solutions for water and air cooling respectively offering more consistent, quieter and even-cooling performance than ever.
